Byrne is a fourth generation, family-owned producer and distributor of milk, cream and ice cream. Based in Central New York, with its abundant supply of high quality milk, Byrne works with local family farms. Strong relationships with our farmers has been a cornerstone of Byrne’s business lasting through generations. Byrne currently has three manufacturing facilities in Central New York, including an extended shelf-life (ESL) and ultra-high temperature (UHT) pasteurization plant in DeWitt, an extended shelf-life (ESL) facility located in Cortlandville and an ice cream center located in Syracuse. Byrne also has warehouse facilities in Syracuse and East Syracuse, and the company’s corporate headquarters are in LaFayette. For generations, Byrne has been the relied upon co-packing partner for Extended Shelf Life (ESL) milk and cream as well as ice cream. Organic milk plays a large part of our ESL products.
