Small Scale Dairy Processor Symposium

This September, the Southern Dairy Business Innovation Initiative (SDBII) is traveling north to learn from value-added dairy businesses in New York and Vermont. This trip includes the Small Scale Dairy Processor Symposium – and you're invited to join SDBII in this free educational session.

Held on Wednesday, September 14th from 9am to 1pm at Shelburne Museum Auditorium.

The Symposium will focus on industry support for small-scale processors from state and federal agencies, universities, and Extension. Speakers include:
