Shaping tomorrow’s dairy: Leadership, innovation, stewardship

For more than 3 decades, the biennial Northeast Dairy Management Conference (NEDM) has connected progressive dairy farmers from across the northeast to learn, share and explore the latest developments and topics shaping the dairy industry. The conference is presented as a collaboration between Cornell CALS PRO-DAIRY and the Northeast Dairy Producers Association (NEDPA). All northeast dairy producers and industry professionals are invited to attend, share ideas, learn and build a stronger future.

Through dynamic sessions and valuable networking opportunities, attendees gain tools to lead with confidence, innovate for success, and build resilient operations for the future. This biennial conference helps dairy farms to thrive in a changing industry by delivering practical strategies to increase productivity, strengthen leadership and adapt to emerging challenges. Beyond education, the conference fosters collaboration – connecting dairy producers and advisors to share experiences and collaborate on innovative solutions, creating a network for long-term success.
