Compared to two weeks ago, organic grain and feedstuff prices were mostly lower on light demand and moderate offerings with slow market activity.

11.5.08
Compared to two weeks ago, organic grain and feedstuff prices were steady to lower. Demand was light for light to moderate offerings.
The state of mind for many producers is occupied with completing harvest and fall tillage not marketing organic grains. Trading activity was very light with some organic handlers currently out of the market until buying interest improves. Feed grade corn was slightly lower, wheat and soybeans steady.
All prices FOB price per bushel except where stated (trucking cost needs to be added)
