Dairy farmer Bobby Prigel can almost taste the ice cream. He is finally moving ahead with plans to sell organic milk, ice cream, yogurt and cheese at his family farm. He will order equipment this week for the 10,000 square-foot creamery built on Bellevale Farm on Long Green Road in Baltimore County, and hopes to open for business in the spring.
